Paidraig Murphy
Managing director
Known for his hands-on approach to the business, Paidraig has spent his entire career in the cable pulling industry. With decades of experience and a passion for providing quality services, Padraig decided to set up his own company in 2009. Since then, IPS has grown and expanded its services without losing the personal touch. Padraig thinks of his team as family and loves nothing more than being out on site, getting stuck in and making sure that his clients are happy.
When he’s not working, Padraig heads home to Ireland to spend precious time with his beloved family.
Martin O’Neill
Operations director
Martin joined the IPS family over five years ago, with over 30 years’ experience within the civil and electrical industry, Martin supports Paudie to oversee all operational aspects of the company, working with the senior management team to set strategic goals.
In his spare time, Martin likes to socialise, eat out and he takes every opportunity to holiday with his family.
Tony Rogers
Business development manager
Having managed multi-million pound projects for leading infrastructure companies on an employed and consultancy basis, Tony brings a huge amount of expertise to IPS. Working with Martin and Paudie to oversee strategy and operations, Tony also develops opportunities for growth, new partnerships and innovation.
When he’s not cooking up a storm for friends, Tony enjoys an adrenaline fuelled track day on his motorbike.
Amanda Rogers
Health and safety manager
An experienced and dedicated health and safety professional, Amanda’s unwavering enthusiasm for her work comes down to one thing – doing all she can to make sure everyone gets home to their loved ones safely after a day at work.
A keen runner, Amanda has completed several marathons and enjoys spending time with her loved ones sharing good food, book recommendations and regular trips to the theatre.
Laura Mulligan
Office manager
An integral member of the management team for over 13 years, Laura is always on hand to make sure that IPS operations run smoothly. From HR to Finance and much more, Laura’s team provides high levels of support to site teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional client services at all times.
At her happiest by the sea, Laura lives on a sailing boat during the summer months.
